If you place your order between Monday 14:30 and Tuesday 14:30, your order will be process on Tuesday from 09:00 to 14:30 and deliver on Wednesday.

If you place your order between Tuesday 14:30 and Wednesday 14:30, your order will be process on Wednesday from 09:00 to 14:30 and deliver on Thursday.

If you place your order between Wednesday 14:30 and Thursday 14:30, your order will be process on Thursday from 09:00 to 14:30 and deliver on Friday.

If you place your order between Thursday 14:30 and Friday 14:30, your order will be process on Friday from 09:00 to 14:30 and deliver on Saturday.

If you place your order between Friday 14:30 and Monday 14:30, your order will be process on Monday from 09:00 to 14:30 and deliver on Tuesday.

Please note that we do not offer deliveries on Sundays or Mondays(*).

 

Spend £75 or over on goods (Excluding VAT and Thermal Box) and receive Free Standard Next day delivery to England, Wales and Parts of Scotland (**) - PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO OFFER DELIVERY SERVICES TO NORTHERN IRELAND.

All orders received by 2:30pm are processed and dispatched the same day for delivery the following day.

Please be aware that there is no Delivery on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Minimum Spend £75

Orders including at least £75 worth of items weighing a total of up-to 15 kg are eligible for free delivery. Please note that the system will calculate £0.50p per extra kg over the nominated 15kg.

DELIVERY NOT RECEIVED

In the unlikely event that the assigned courier has failed to deliver your order, please contact them directly with your consignment tracking number and they should be able to provide more details about your order.

Please note that for domestic UK deliveries, delivery normally takes place between 8am and 8pm. Please note that time requests are not able to be accommodated for specific hour delivery requests.  

In some situations, APC Streetwise, DHL or DPD couriers may ask you to contact us.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We process new orders every weekday (Monday to Friday) from 9am to 2:30pm local time. We are not open on weekends or bank holidays.

Nominated and Click and Collect orders will be prepared and ready for collection by the time and date selected.

During periods of increased demand, our deliveries may take longer than usual. Our warehouse colleagues and couriers are working hard to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

 
ORDER PROCESSING

All shipping is done by courier on a Standard Next Working Day Delivery Service from Monday to Saturday.

Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

To be eligible for a next day delivery, orders must be placed before 2:30pm.

RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL

THERE MUST BE SOMEONE HOME TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL AS WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OR DAMAGE OF THE GOODS WHEN THERE IS NO ONE HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY.

In the event that nobody is available to receive your order, due to the nature of our perishable produce, the driver won't be able to take the parcel back and will have to leave the parcel in a safe location,

in which case Casa Argentina disclaims all liability that may arise in consequence of the delivery being left unattended, including, without limitation, theft, tampering or contamination, however caused.

When placing your order, please leave any useful information to pass to the driver to simplify your delivery (mobile number, safe location, building's entry code, gate entry code etc).

If the driver is unable to deliver your parcel, we will send you an email with the contact number to call to rearrange the delivery.

In case even the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, it will be your responsibility to collect the goods from the courier's depot or rearrange the delivery for an extra fee.

You must inform us within 2 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and solve the problem.

Please always quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

We will not be able to issue a refund for late deliveries due to adverse weather conditions or major road accidents.

 
APC STREETWISE COURIER | DHL & DPD – DELIVERY

 

England, Wales, and Parts of Scotland:

If your delivery address is in England, Wales, or Parts of Scotland, you can expect to receive your order the next working day after dispatch by DPD, APC or DHL.

Couriers deliver normally between 8am and 8pm. Also note that time requests are not able to be accommodated for specific hour delivery requests. 

Couriers will inform you on the day of delivery of an approximate expected time of delivery.

Other UK Locations: If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, some parts of Scotland (ie. some post codes of Aberdeen), the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Isles of Scilly, you can expect to receive your order approximately 2 working days after dispatch.

NOMINATED DELIVERY DAYS

Nominated Day Delivery is available for delivery addresses in England, Wales, and Parts of Scotland, allowing you to choose a day of your convenience for your order to be delivered.

Days available are limited by the types of products ordered and the lead-time needed to prepare orders.

Delivery days available are normally Monday-Saturday.

Couriers normally deliver between 8am and 8pm. Time requests are not able to be accommodated, nor specific hour delivery requests.

 
CLICK & COLLECT

Place an order online and collect from our London Warehouse located at:

Casa Argentina, Unit 3, 77 Sumner Road, London. CR0 3LN. Weste Croydon (Nearest Railway station) – Tram (West Croydon or Waddon Marsh).

Collections slots are available from 10am to 4pm, ONLY.

The office closes at 4:30pm and members of staff are not allowed to keep the office open after this time.

If your order is not collected at the specific day and time, we will keep your order for an extra 24hs, after that, your order will be cancelled, and we will refund your money.

Please note that it may take up to 72hs for the money to show in your bank or Credit Card, depending on your supplier.

During checkout select Click & Collect and choose a collection slot from the calendar. Click & Collect service is NOT AVAILABLE on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. 

After processing your order, we will contact you to confirm that your order is ready for collection.

Please bring your order number with you and a proof of ID. If you are sending someone on your behalf to collect your order, please provide them with a printed order showing your Order Number or a digital screenshot of your order confirmation.

We offer Free Parking for up to 20 minutes to our customers.

ORDERS CONTAINING CHILLED AND/OR FROZEN

All our meat cuts are stored in chilled fridges and leave our warehouse in a Temperature Controlled Packaging "Thermal Box" between 0º to 5ºC.

We can only deliver Chilled or Frozen products to destinations in England, Wales and some Parts of Scotland where a Standard Next Day Delivery Service is available.

For customers outside Mainland UK where we cannot offer next-day delivery, we do not recommend that you order Chilled or Frozen Produce.

All our beef cuts are delivered in a Thermal Box for Chilled/Frozen Produce, which maintains the product in a temperature-controlled atmosphere.

This system has been designed specifically for the distribution by post of temperature sensitive goods.

Through the use of cooling elements, we can ensure that all Chilled/Frozen products maintain a temperature between 2º to 8º C over the period of 24 hours with an average outside temperature of 20ºC.

The "Thermal Box" will be added to your order at checkout.

Delivering Chilled and/or Frozen Orders

All orders with Chilled and/or Frozen products are packed with cool gel and sent using a nominated available courier.

All orders containing Chilled and/or Frozen products are dispatched Monday - Friday and will be delivered the following day after dispatch between 8am and 8pm.

Dispatch times may be limited due to National Holidays.

Packaging cost for chilled items is £5.50 plus VAT and will be added during checkout, in some cases depending on the volume of products, we may need to add an extra box at £5.50 plus VAT.

Products that were originally frozen may defrost during delivery. Please refrigerate upon receiving and consume within 2 to 3 days.

If the product you have received is still frozen, freeze upon receiving and consume by the Best Before Date.

In case of any unforeseen delays to the delivery of orders with chilled products (after the order has been dispatched), we will not be able to guarantee the quality of chilled products after 36hs of dispatch.

Please be aware that we cannot change the delivery address of any orders containing chilled and or frozen food once they have been dispatched.

We can make no amendments to orders after dispatch.
