Argentine Style Black Pudding / Morcilla - Vacuum packed Packs of 2 units - Frozen

Very similar to its British counterpart, black puddings are the second most common starter to any asado (BBQ party). They are also usually served cold and cut in slices as part of a 'picada' or cold-cuts sharing platter.

Ingredients: Pork lard, onion (20%), Pork blood, Rice flour, Spices, Vegetable protein, Rosemary extract and Natural gut.

Produce in Spain.

This product is frozen. It could begin to thaw out during delivery process. Therefore we do not advise refreezing it once you receive it.
