Casa Argentina Delivery Service: What You Need to Know
So, you’ve done your shopping, now you’re probably wondering how long it’ll be until you can enjoy your box of happiness from Casa Argentina. Below, you'll find all the essential details about our delivery service, including average shipping times and the best times to contact our support team.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
At Casa Argentina, we process new orders every weekday from 8 AM to 2:30 PM local time. We're closed on Sundays and bank holidays. However, our warehouse/store is open on Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM for Click & Collect.
Nominated and Click & Collect orders will be ready for pickup by the date and time you selected. During peak periods, deliveries might take a bit longer, but rest assured, our team is working hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
ORDER PROCESSING
We use a Standard Next Working Day Delivery Service via courier from Monday to Saturday. Orders must be placed before 2:30 PM to qualify for next-day delivery.
Note that we don't deliver on Sundays or bank holidays. Saturday delivery is available only with APC A to Z Courier Services to the UK mainland.
Please be aware that we do not offer Saturday delivery services to certain postcodes in Scotland and are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.

RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL
Here's the most crucial bit of information:
"There must be someone home to receive the parcel as we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of goods if no one is available to accept the delivery."
If no one is home, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe location, but Casa Argentina disclaims all liability for any issues that may arise from the parcel being left unattended. Please provide useful delivery information (mobile number, safe location, entry codes, etc.) when placing your order.
If the driver cannot deliver your parcel, you’ll receive an email with a contact number to rearrange delivery. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, it will be your responsibility to collect the goods from the courier's depot or arrange another delivery for an extra fee.
Report any lost or damaged goods within two working days so we can promptly address the issue with the delivery company. Always quote your order number in correspondence. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for late deliveries due to adverse weather or major road accidents.
DELIVERY SERVICES AVAILABLE
For England, Wales, and parts of Scotland, you can expect next-working-day delivery after dispatch by DPD, APC, or DHL. Couriers typically deliver between 8 AM and 8 PM, though specific delivery times cannot be requested. You'll be notified of the approximate delivery time on the day of delivery.
For Scottish Highlands and specific Aberdeen postcodes: Expect delivery approximately two working days after dispatch.
NOMINATED DELIVERY DAYS
Nominated Day Delivery is available for addresses in England, Wales, and parts of Scotland, allowing you to choose a convenient delivery day. Available days depend on the products ordered and lead-time required.
CLICK & COLLECT
Place an order online and collect from our London warehouse at:

Collection slots are available from 10 AM to 4 PM. If not collected on the specified day, we'll hold your order for an extra 24 hours before cancellation and refund.
Please bring your order number and ID for collection. If sending someone else, provide them with a printed or digital order confirmation.
POSTAGE CALCULATOR
Standard Next Day Delivery:
- England, Wales, and parts of Scotland: Free delivery for orders over £75 (excluding VAT and Thermal Box) up to 15kg. For orders under £75 or over 15kg, additional charges apply.
- Scottish Highlands and Islands: Delivery fees apply based on weight.
Orders Containing Chilled and/or Frozen Products
Our meat cuts are stored in chilled fridges and shipped in temperature-controlled packaging. We can only deliver these products to locations where next-day delivery is available. For destinations outside Mainland UK, we recommend contacting us for alternative solutions.
Orders with chilled/frozen products are dispatched Monday to Friday and delivered the next day. Packaging costs £5.50 plus VAT, and additional boxes may incur extra charges. Please refrigerate or freeze products upon receipt and consume within the recommended timeframe.
Good to know:
Products that were originally frozen may defrost during delivery. Please refrigerate upon receiving and consume within 2 to 3 days.
If the product you have received is still frozen, freeze upon receiving and consume by the Best Before Date.
In case of any unforeseen delays to the delivery of orders with chilled products (after the order has been dispatched), we will not be able to guarantee the quality of chilled products after 36hs of dispatch.
Please be aware that we cannot change the delivery address of any orders containing chilled and or frozen food once they have been dispatched.
