Refunds and Returns Policy
Cancel or Amend Your Order
You can cancel or make changes to your order before it is dispatched.
- To cancel your order, please contact us, and we will cancel it immediately.
- To amend your order, such as removing items, please contact us and specify the changes you require.
Returning Unwanted Items
Casa Argentina Limited adheres to the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which allow you to return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Postage Costs: You will be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged or sent in error. If your original order benefited from a promotional delivery discount, your refund may be adjusted if your revised order no longer meets the promotional criteria.

Exclusions: This policy does not cover:
- Items that have been opened or whose seals have been broken.
- Perishable goods (e.g., chilled, bakery, or frozen items).
- Refunds for services carried out by Casa Argentina Limited as part of your order (e.g., handling costs).
- Items must be returned in pristine and resalable condition.
Processing Fee: Refunds for incorrectly ordered items are subject to a 50p processing charge per order to cover payment service provider fees.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item is damaged or faulty:
- You can request either a replacement or a full refund (including postage costs).
- Refunds are only applicable within 14 days of purchase. Claims made after this period cannot be processed due to the nature of perishable products.
- If requesting a replacement, the faulty item must be returned before a new one is dispatched.
Incorrectly Supplied Items
If we supplied the wrong item, you are entitled to a full refund (including postage costs). Items qualifying for a full refund must:
- Be in pristine and resalable condition.
- Include a copy of the delivery note or receipt.

Damaged Items
While we take great care in packing, delicate items may occasionally be damaged during transit.
- If you receive damaged items, please accept our apologies and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
- Submit claims in writing by emailing info@casaargentina.com, including images of the damaged items.
- We will arrange a refund or replacement.
Missing or Incorrect Items
Missing Items:
- Check the full contents of your parcel, including packaging materials, as small items may be hidden.
- If you still cannot locate the missing item(s), contact us immediately to arrange a refund or replacement.
Incorrect Items:
- Review your delivery note to ensure the items are not substitutes for out-of-stock products.
- If the items are incorrect, contact us immediately so we can send the correct items.
- We may ask for the incorrect items to be returned, and in such cases, we will cover the return postage costs.
Additional Terms
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our terms and conditions may be updated periodically; please review them regularly as they may change over time.
If any part of these terms is deemed invalid under applicable law, it will be omitted to the minimum extent required, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms.
