Please note that orders received after 2:30pm on Wednesday 16th April and up until Tuesday 22nd April will be prepared and dispatched on Tuesday 22nd April, for delivery on Wednesday 23rd April.

We offer next-day delivery at a flat rate of £6.50 for orders under £75. However, due to Easter Bank Holiday restrictions, our couriers will not be collecting parcels during the dates mentioned above.

While dispatch will be slightly delayed, the delivery charge of £6.50 will still apply to all orders under £75 placed during this period, as usual.

 Free Standard Delivery Information – Quick Overview!

• Order between Monday 14:30 and Tuesday 14:30: Your order will be processed on Tuesday (09:00–14:30) and delivered on Wednesday.
• Order between Tuesday 14:30 and Wednesday 14:30: Your order will be processed on Wednesday (09:00–14:30) and delivered on Thursday.
• Order between Wednesday 14:30 and Thursday 14:30: Your order will be processed on Thursday (09:00–14:30) and delivered on Friday.
• Order between Thursday 14:30 and Friday 14:30: Your order will be processed on Friday (09:00–14:30) and delivered on Saturday.
• Order between Friday 14:30 and Monday 14:30: Your order will be processed on Monday (09:00–14:30) and delivered on Tuesday.

Important Notes:

• We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.
• We only deliver to UK Mainland (some Scottish postcodes excluded)
• Free delivery is available for orders over £75 (excluding VAT and Thermal Box) to England, Wales, and parts of Scotland.
• Unfortunately, we do not currently offer delivery to Northern Ireland.
• Delivery Areas and Charges:
• Standard Free Delivery applies to England, Wales, and parts of Scotland.
• For orders over £75 (up to 15kg), delivery is free. Orders over 15kg will incur an additional charge of £0.50 per kg.
• We do not deliver to the following postcodes: FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
  
• Deliveries to Aberdeen Tuesday to Friday only and it might take up to 2 days.

Delivery Times:

Orders placed before 2:30pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (Monday to Saturday).

No deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We deliver to UK Mainland only, We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Isles or Scottish Highlands. 

Delivery Problems:

If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number. If needed, you can also contact us at +44 20 8450 1222 or info@casaargentina.com within working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. Please note that the offices are closed on Sundays and all Public Bank Holidays.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Special Notes for Chilled and Frozen Orders:

We pack all chilled or frozen items in special “Thermal Boxes” to keep them cold.

We only deliver chilled/frozen items to England, Wales, and parts of Scotland.

If you live outside these areas, we don’t recommend ordering chilled or frozen products as we cannot guarantee they will arrive fresh.

Please note:

If the chilled items arrive defrosted, refrigerate and consume within 2–3 days. If they’re still frozen, you can keep them in the freezer.

Receiving Your Parcel:

Please make sure someone is home to receive your delivery. If no one is available, the driver may leave the parcel in a safe place, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage.

If the first delivery attempt fails, you will receive a contact number to rearrange the delivery. If the second attempt fails, you may need to pick it up from the courier’s depot or pay for redelivery.

How do we calculate the cost of Delivery?

England, Wales, and parts of Scotland (Postcodes: DD, DG, EH, G, KY, KA, ML, TD) – Free for orders over £75. Below £75, there’s a delivery charge of £6.50 (incl. VAT) for up to 15kg, and £0.50 per extra kg.
