We've perfected the art of getting authentic Argentine products to your door, fresh and ready to enjoy. Here's how we do it.
The Quick Version
We deliver authentic Argentine products across the UK mainland with next-day delivery when you order before 2:30pm. Everything is carefully packed using insulated thermal packaging to keep your order protected throughout transit.
Available for England, Wales, and parts of Scotland.
Order before 2:30pm for dispatch the same day and delivered the next. (We deliver on Tues to Sat)
No deliveries are made on Monday, Sundays or Public Bank Holidays.

Note: Orders after Bank Holiday Mondays are processed on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday, as couriers don't collect on Bank Holidays.

- Scottish Highlands (certain postcodes)
- Remote Scottish areas
Excluded Scottish Postcodes
We are currently unable to deliver to the following postcodes: AB10–16, AB21–25, AB30–45, AB51–58, FK7–21, HS1–9, IV1–63, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA21–80, PH3–50, ZE1–3.
Special note: Aberdeen deliveries are available Tuesday to Friday only and may take up to 2 days. If we're unable to deliver to your postcode, we'll contact you before dispatching.
Delivery Costs
We believe authentic Argentine products should be accessible. That's why we offer free delivery on orders over £75.
Standard Delivery (England, Wales & Parts of Scotland)
- Orders over £75: Free delivery (up to 15kg)
- Orders under £75: £6.50 delivery charge (up to 15kg)
- Over 15kg: Additional £0.50 per kg
Orders over £150 include a free gift. It's our way of saying thanks for bringing authentic Argentina into your home.
Special Care for Chilled & Frozen Products
Your Argentine beef, empanadas, and other chilled items deserve the best. That's why we use professional-grade insulated thermal packaging on every chilled order.
How We Protect Your Order
- All chilled and frozen items are packed in insulated thermal boxes.
- Professional cold-chain handling from dispatch to delivery.
- Designed to maintain temperature integrity for up to 48 hours.
- Delivery between 8am–8pm to minimize temperature exposure.
When Your Order Arrives
- Still frozen? Transfer to your freezer immediately.
- Slightly thawed? Refrigerate and consume within 2–3 days.
- Completely defrosted? Contact us immediately for a replacement.
We only deliver chilled and frozen items to England, Wales, and parts of Scotland. If you're outside these areas, we don't recommend ordering chilled products as we cannot guarantee they'll arrive fresh.
Receiving Your Parcel
Your order is on its way. Here's what to expect:
First Delivery Attempt
- Please ensure someone is home to receive your delivery.
- Deliveries arrive between 8am–8pm (we can't guarantee specific times).
- If no one is available, the driver may leave your parcel in a safe place.
- Note: We're not responsible for loss or damage if left unattended.
If Delivery Fails
- First attempt: You'll receive a contact number to reschedule.
- Second attempt: You may need to collect from the courier's depot or arrange redelivery (additional charge may apply).
