Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes — select your preferred delivery date at checkout (subject to availability).
We recommend ordering early to secure your chosen slot.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Not always. Leave safe delivery instructions at checkout.
Our insulated packaging keeps your order fresh for up to 72 hours, but we strongly recommend having someone available to receive your parcel.

Why can’t I select the exact delivery date I want?

Dates depend on courier capacity and product availability.
If your preferred date isn’t available, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

🔁 Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Can I add to or change my order?

Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched.
During December, changes may not be accepted within 72 hours of delivery due to festive demand.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — but we need at least 72 hours’ notice before your delivery date.
After this, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.


🥩 Fresh vs Frozen – What to Expect

Will my Christmas meat arrive fresh or frozen?

All meat is vacuum-packed and chilled unless stated otherwise.

  • Fresh Products: suitable for freezing; freeze on arrival if storing longer

  • Frozen Products: may partially thaw during delivery; do not refreeze if fully defrosted


❄️ Storage Advice

  • Vacuum-packed beef: 3–5 days in the fridge

  • Longer storage: freeze on arrival; use within 3 months

  • Freezing your Christmas order: Most products can be frozen safely; check individual labels

Delivery slots fill up quickly. To secure your preferred delivery or collection date, order as early as possible.
