Yes, you can make changes up until your order has been dispatched. During December, however, we may not be able to accept changes less than 72 hours before delivery due to the festive rush.

All meat is delivered vacuum-packed and chilled, unless otherwise stated. Some products (e.g. empanadas) may be frozen for freshness.

Vacuum-packed beef: up to 3-5 days in a domestic fridge.
Longer storage: freeze on arrival and use before the product’s use-by date.

Yes — most products can be frozen safely. Please check individual product labels.
