We operate on tight schedules to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, offering next-day delivery when you place your order before 2:30pm*. While many of you love this flexibility and speed, we know things can always be better.
We listen carefully to your feedback – and one request we hear often is:
"Can I get my delivery in the morning or by lunchtime, so I can prep for a BBQ or evening meal?"

That’s why we’re thrilled to announce not one, but two brand-new delivery options to make your life even easier:
🚚 Pre-12 PM Delivery
Your order will arrive between 8am and 12pm, with a 1-hour delivery slot sent to you via text from the courier.
Perfect if you're preparing for a last-minute BBQ, or have guests popping over and need time to get cooking.
🚚 Pre-10:30 AM Delivery
Your order will arrive between 8am and 10:30am, again with a 1-hour time slot notification.
Ideal if you’re in a rush and need to hit the ground running with your prep – especially when time’s tight and hunger’s knocking.

Are We Replacing Standard Delivery?
Absolutely not. Our standard next-day delivery remains fast, flexible and great value – and it still includes a 1-hour delivery window, just like the premium services. These new options simply give you more control when you need your order early in the day.
Why Do the Premium Options Cost More?
We know these prices are higher than standard delivery, and we want to be transparent about why.
These are premium services provided by our courier, and the costs are set by them – we do not make any profit from these charges. The higher fee reflects the added pressure and coordination required to guarantee earlier delivery times, particularly during peak periods.
