I wasn’t expecting it.
It was a Friday morning in early November. It was Quiet. I was getting ready for my 90 minutes session, my Mañanita yerba mate in hand, thinking about an idea that came into my mind while cycling to work...
Then I opened the post, and found a letter from the House of Commons. A yellow envelope with a pale yellow letter inside.

Congratulating Casa Argentina for winning the National Best Customer Service in the UK, at the 2025 National Entrepreneur Awards.
And for a moment, I didn’t move.
I just stood there, smiling.
But not because of the award itself. Not because an MP wrote to us. But because of what this letter represents.
It represents people first. It represents care. It represents many years here in the UK, from where we started, trying to do business “the human way”, in a world that’s forgotten what that means.
A Small Business With a Big Heart (and a Loud Accent)
