TASTING NOTES
Deep cherry colour. Fruit confit and mineral notes in nose. Absolutely tasty in mouth, long and intense finish with strong tannins. An amazing Argentine Malbec.

FERMENTATION
Classic fermentation under temperature control, long maceration, use of selected yeast and malolactic in oak.
Aging: 18 month in french oak barrels.
