Not necessarily — you can leave delivery instructions at checkout. Our insulated packaging will keep your order fresh for up to 72 hours. But we highly recommend that somebody be available to receive your delivery.

• Fresh Products: If your product is marked as fresh, the meat is suitable for freezing. We recommend freezing it as soon as possible after delivery if you wish to store it for a longer period.
  
• Frozen: If your product is marked as frozen, please note: This product is sold frozen. It may begin to thaw during delivery, so we recommend not refreezing it once received.
  

We cannot guarantee that frozen products will remain fully frozen during delivery. If your product arrives completely defrosted, we advise against refreezing it for safety reasons.

Vacuum-packed beef: up to 3-5 days in a domestic fridge.
Longer storage: freeze on arrival and use within 3 months.
