As the festive season approaches, we want to ensure you have all the information you need to plan your shopping and deliveries seamlessly. Whether you’re visiting us in-store or shopping online, here are our Christmas opening times and courier details for 2024.

🎄 In-Store Shopping

Our opening times during the Christmas period are as follows:

• Monday 23rd Dec: OPEN 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
• Tuesday 24th Dec (Christmas Eve): OPEN 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Wednesday 25th Dec (Christmas Day): Closed
• Thursday 26th Dec (Boxing Day): Closed
• Friday 27th Dec: OPEN 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
• Saturday 28th Dec: OPEN 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday 29th Dec: Closed
• Monday 30th Dec: OPEN  9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
• Tuesday 31st Dec (New Year’s Eve): OPEN 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM 
• Wednesday 1st Jan (New Year’s Day): Closed
• and from Thursday 2nd Jan: OPEN – business as usual

🛒 Online Orders & Click & Collect

For our online customers, here’s what to expect during the festive period:

• Last Order Date for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery: Order by Friday 20th Dec, 12:00 PM.
• Click & Collect: Available until Tuesday 24th Dec, 12:00 PM.
• Delivery Services:
• • Courier deliveries will operate on 24th Dec, Saturday 28th and Tuesday 31st Dec ONLY.
  • Deliveries within the M25 will be available on Monday 23rd, Tuesday 24th, Friday 27th, Saturday 28th, Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st for London addresses within the M25.

We highly recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays due to seasonal demand.

Courier & Delivery Notes:

• Orders placed after Friday 20th Dec, 12:00 PM will be dispatched after Christmas.
• Courier APC services will focus on London (within the M25) on 27th Dec.
