About the Vineyard
Finca La Linda is one of Luigi Bosca's most celebrated single vineyards, located in Luján de Cuyo, the heartland of Argentine Malbec. Sitting at 960 metres above sea level, the east-facing vineyard benefits from the high-altitude conditions that Mendoza is famous for — intense sun, cool nights, and poor alluvial soils that push the vines to produce grapes of exceptional concentration and character. With vines over 50 years old and farmed biodynamically, Finca La Linda is a vineyard with genuine pedigree.
About the Producer
Founded in 1901 by the Arizu family in Mendoza, Luigi Bosca is one of Argentina's most celebrated and decorated wineries. Recognised among the Luxury Lifestyle Awards Top 100 Premium Wine and Spirits Brands for 2024, the winery has earned acclaim from the world's most respected wine publications including Robert Parker, Decanter, and Wine Spectator. Consistently earning 90+ ratings for over five years, Luigi Bosca Malbec is recognised as the number one Argentine super premium Malbec. The Finca La Linda range represents the winery's commitment to producing single vineyard wines that express the true character of Luján de Cuyo.
Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red in the glass. The nose is fresh and inviting, opening with black and red berries, ripe plum, and a hint of violets, with subtle notes of bonfire smoke and spice in the background. On the palate it is soft, fruit-driven, and friendly, with bright blackberry flavours, lively acidity, and gentle tannins that carry through to a clean, medium-length finish with a touch of dark chocolate. A wine that drinks beautifully from the moment it is opened.
Serving Suggestions
Serve at 16 to 18 degrees Celsius for the best drinking experience. If possible, decant for 15 to 20 minutes before serving to allow the fruit to open up fully. For a more refreshing summer drinking experience, serve lightly chilled at around 14 degrees. Each 750ml bottle provides approximately five to six glasses.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations, ideally between 12 and 15 degrees Celsius. Keep the bottle on its side to prevent the cork from drying out. Once opened, reseal and refrigerate — best consumed within three days.
Packaging
Every bottle is carefully packaged using Air Shock inflatable cushion packaging, providing 360 degree protection throughout transit to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition.
Food Pairing
A natural partner for Argentine beef fresh off the grill. Serve alongside Chorizos, Asado short ribs, or a perfectly seared rump steak for an authentic asado experience. Also pairs beautifully with lamb, hard cheeses, and hearty pasta dishes.
