A bright, rounded rosé for easy aperitifs and sunny-table meals

Fresh and rounded in the glass, this shiny-pink Malbec Rosé opens with red-fruit aromas and finishes with a lively lift. It is a refreshing, uncomplicated style to reach for when you want a chilled glass that still feels generous rather than sharp.

Hermanos de Domingo Molina Malbec Rosé is particularly at home before lunch, over relaxed terrace food or alongside tomato-based dishes. Serve it well chilled at 8°C to bring its freshness forward.

Made from 100% Malbec in Cafayate Valley, Salta, it offers a different way to enjoy Argentina’s signature red grape: bright in colour, fruit-led in character and rounded on the finish.

Why you’ll love it

  • Red-fruit aromas and a rounded finish make for an inviting first glass.
  • Its good acidity brings a fresh, lively feel when served chilled.
  • A shiny-pink rosé made from 100% Malbec for a distinctly Argentine choice.
  • An easy aperitif for unhurried lunches, terrace meals and warm afternoons.
  • A practical match for tomato-based dishes, where the wine’s freshness keeps the meal feeling light.

The story behind the wine

This rosé comes from Bodega Domingo Molina, a family wine-making project based in North Yacochuya, Cafayate, in Salta’s Calchaquí Valleys. The producer’s official account names brothers Osvaldo, Gabriel and Rafael Domingo as the team behind the project.

It is a family story with roots in the valley: Argentina’s national tourism body records that the winery was founded by the Domingo brothers and builds on the legacy of their father, a pioneer of wine production in the Calchaquí Valleys. That local connection gives this bottle a clear sense of where it comes from, rather than presenting Malbec as a generic style.

For this Hermanos Malbec Rosé, the grapes come from Cafayate Valley vineyards at 2,000m on sandy, stony soils. They are hand-harvested and fermented in concrete tanks with selected yeasts, before becoming the bright, rounded rosé in your glass.
