Chimichurri is a versatile blend of herbs mostly used to marinate or accompany grilled meats. Ever present in any Argentine asado, its tangy, distinctive taste is a combination of red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, oregano and basil. It can also be sprinkled on pasta, used to enhance vegetables flavours and dress salads, or as a dip.
