THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE COOKING

Our empanadas are raw pastries with ready-to-eat filling.

Your job? Just cook the pastry until it’s golden and crisp!

Depending on Logistics and season, you may receive your empanadas Frozen or Chilled

Raw Frozen – straight from the freezer, for long storage.
Raw Chilled – keep refrigerated and cook within a few days.

Bake in the Oven (Recommended)

The most authentic and easy method!

For Raw Frozen:
• Do NOT thaw. Bake straight from frozen.
• Preheat oven to 200°C (Fan 190°C).
• Place empanadas on a lined baking tray.

• Bake for 15–18 minutes until the pastry is golden and crisp.

For Raw Chilled:
• Preheat oven to 200°C (Fan 180°C).
• Brush with egg wash.
• Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.

Tip: For extra crunch, bake on a preheated tray or pizza stone!

A popular style in Northern Argentina!

For Raw Frozen:

• Heat oil to 170–180°C.

Tip: Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Air Fry (Light & Modern)

• Preheat air fryer to 180°C.

• Cook for 8–10 minutes (
frozen) or 6–8 minutes (chilled), flipping halfway.
