The Vinecol estate, situated in La Paz at the eastern end of Mendoza, boasts 80 hectares of vineyards. They were one of the first wineries in Mendoza to certify both their vineyard and winery as organic. The climate in this high desert region features warm summer days, cool nights, low humidity, and well-drained soils, making it ideal for maturing organic grapes.
