The Empanadas are frozen down and sealed for freshness and packed with ice packs in a thermal box. Stays chilled for up to 48 hours.
Please note frozen products will begin to thaw during delivery, as our boxes keep items cool but not fully frozen.
We deliver to most of mainland UK (England, Wales, and parts of Scotland).

Yes. If they arrive chilled or semi-thawed, freeze them immediately. If fully thawed, cook as soon as possible (within 3 days), then freeze if needed.
Please note that our boxes are not designed to keep frozen products fully frozen during transit. Frozen items will begin to thaw once dispatched from our warehouse, even when packed in thermal boxes with ice packs.
If thawed, cook and consume your Empanadas within 3 days of delivery. Alternatively, cook your Empanadas and freeze them down for later consumption. Cook thoroughly.
